
Coach Nico Rithner
ATSCI President - Founder
Nico Rithner is the Colorado Kettlebell Club Head Coach. From this post he trains the general public to achieve multiple fitness and athletic goals and serves Glendale Rugby men team (Raptors) as Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Coach Rithner, founded USA Kettlebell Lifting, a non-profit organization devoted to promote the American Rules Kettlebell Sport and other Kettlebell sporting activities, such as Girevoy Sport.
Coach Rithner is the president of the Association of Tactical Strength and Conditioning Instructors. This organization delivers courses on physical training methods to improve performance of public safety professionals. He is the Chief instructor for the ATSCI – Kettlebell Instructor Certification course.
Nicolas Rithner have presented on Kettlebell lifting for multiple organization through workshops, clinics, and lectures. He has served in these functions prestigious organizations such as the US Army, Police Department, Fire Department, USA Rugby (men Sevens team), NSCA (TSAC conferences) among other.
Coach Rithner is the author of the book titled “Essentials of Kettlebell Lifting”, a book on Kettlebell lifting techniques and programming.
Nico Rithner, was born and raised in southern Argentina, where he took his first steps on what came to be a life devoted to athletics. Currently he resides in the state of Colorado.
